Athens, Greece: About the conflicts of the 17th November at the Polytechnic

15128901_1195072373910607_2389407716398924327_o

We take responsibility for the participation in the conflicts of November 17th, 2016 in Athens at the Polytechnic. We are delighted for their scope, and for the 6 cops in the hospital. We are pleased that we were actively part of an anarchist insurrectionary act which showed a sufficient force for the measures and the possibilities it offers.
We were not part of the conflict in order to “celebrate the anniversary” of November 17. We were not part of the conflict to do social constituencies. We were not part of the conflict to “revive the glory” of the Polytechnic uprising. We were not part of the conflict in the hope of provoking some serious property damage. And neither were we part of the conflict to show that the so-called anarchist space has a compact dynamic and combative presence, creating the illusion of a mass “that breaks” and “sows chaos” in pre-arranged meetings with considerable operational force .

AGAINST IDLENESS
We were part of the conflict to create moments of attack and familiarity with the immediate anarchic violence, to test our reflexes to coexist with individualities we value theoretically and practically, and finally get away from experiential inaction and inertia. We were part of an insurrectionary moment, with some elementary (in terms of material costs towards the authoritative carriers) effectiveness.

AGAINST DEMOCRACY AND ITS FIESTAS
We were part of the conflict as a sacrilegious farce toward pilgrimages, the anniversary walks, the coffeehouse revival of past “Good times”, the democratic, conciliatory spirit of “struggling people” , the sanctification and symbolization of struggles -with the aim to justify obedience to our penchant for quietness and security- elevating them into something unattainable that only in the future will happen again, and of course by others. We stood across from the cops of democracy by fighting democracy itself and any authoritarian regime, and diffusing the proposal of direct action in the present.

AGAINST THE DEVALUATION OF FORMS OF WAR
We were part of the conflict, disassociated from the plebs that embraces the logic that “the mess is useless, standard, graphic and harmful to the movement.”
Firstly, indifferent is the movement and its fictitious unity to us, as we recognize the theoretical and practical gaps, and not seek consistency. Each one their own way.
Secondly, clearly the conflicts at the Polytechnic don’t constitute something original. But all that is a familiar field with the direct physical conflict with the army of the present authority, and a situation even in the least aggressive, we certainly rejoice, as we would be pleased to see banners, painting, symbolic actions, and generally any anarchist act of diffusion of our perceptions.
And thirdly, for many people the clash with cops, even with relatively safer conditions, is an acquaintance scope with others, operational coexistence and possibility of passing to direct action, something which we fully choose. Clearly we have no illusion of comradeship and common theoretical base with the people participating, being scrappy and its anthropography includes in many cases figures that are our enemies, for instance a bunch of males who honor their trousers (1), self-appointed “experts” of violence, etc. So we communicate our point of view expressing our individualities alone.

AGAINST THE COOPERATION OF THE POLYTECHNIC PROFESSORS WITH THE NAVY
We were part of the conflict to remind the professors of NTUA Dimitris Manolakos and Emmanuel Koukios that there are people who do not forget the cooperation signed on August 24, 2016 with the navy. We do not forget the promotion of research and development of surveillance and enforcement practices (thermal cameras at the border fence in Evros, immigrants underwater detection systems, drones, etc.), from NTUA and the army enthusiasts professors. We do not forget the use of the NTUA to safeguard the doctrine of “law and order” in Greece. Narks keep you eyes open.

LET’S SURGE EVERYWHERE, LET’S BECOME UPGRADED
We choose the direct action for the physical destruction against carriers of all kinds of authority. We seek to disseminate anarchist war, and for this we aim at decentralization, specifically at its “dis-exarcheia-ization”(2). To become unpredictable, to exploit the absence or reduced presence of cops on every corner of the city to attack, to cause material blow to the enemy. The rigged appointments and foreseeable actions are ok, but we prefer to move unnoticed, to upgrade our means constantly, to study the state and its mechanisms and to strike at more sensitive spots, without underestimating the value of head-on collision.
As for the cops, the “indignant” citizens, the journalistic trash that were taking photos and videos to sell to the regime media of domestication, the neighbors that their sleep was disturbed, the narks and every motherfucker that has touched a companion of ours or whatever individuality was present on the battlefield, let them be sure they do not slow the day they will receive the violence they deserve. They and their properties, their fuckin’ stores and state dungeons, in which time swings as gallows, definitely are not safe.
We have nothing to do with the world of authority, our logics are absolutely parallel, and no reconcilement can be made. Let’s organize our war. To smash the state “monopoly of violence”. To fill the gaps in the state apparatus with gasoline, bullets and gunpowder.
We welcome the comrades who kept squatted the Gini building in Athens, we welcome the brothers/sisters with whom we shared those moments, and with whom we will share even more intense. We welcome any insurrected person and every act of diffusion of our anarchist perception.

Strength to the 5 arrestees of November 15th and to the 13 of November 17th in Athens, and to all the comrades who were arrested in Greece.

Flaming signals of solidarity to the comrades in Italy prosecuted for participation in FAI/ FRI.

FORWARD FOR FIELDS OF CONFLICT AND MOMENTS OF WAR THAT WILL NUMB ANY KIND OF RULERS WITH THE POISON OF THE HERE AND NOW ANARCHIST INSURRECTION

Some insurrected minorities

(1) The comrades mean some numbskulls, part of the plebs who show unrestrained ”masculinity” as part of an ethos of the dominant social ideology in the specific geographic areas.

(2) Exarcheia is the geographic area of ”anti-authoritarianism”.

Letter from imprisoned anarchist comrades Monica Caballero and Francisco Solar (Spain)

During the almost three years that we have been confined by different prisons of the Spanish State, there is one aspect that particularly calls attention to its determinant importance in prison life; we refer to the dispersion.

The dispersion corresponds to a policy of Penitentiary Institutions implemented by the socialist government in the mid-1980s, which consists of transferring determined prisoners to distant prisons many kilometers from their place of residence. In many cases these transfers are incessant and see the prisoners forced to go through various prisons in a short period of time preventing them from establishing themselves and establishing lasting relationships with others. The purpose of this policy was to curb the riots and protests inside the prisons that had been occurring during those years by drastically removing prisoners considered hostile to the prison system.

On the other hand the dispersion was applied to all political prisoners as an exceptional measure to aggravate their punishment, the transfers also affected their close ones who were forced to travel hundreds of miles to be able to visit a family member or friend in prison. Therefore, from its inception, the policy of dispersion affected both social and political prisoners, and continues to do so, contrary to many who think and express that it is only applied to ‘politicos’. The difference lies, as we stated, in that for the latter it is an exceptional measure that affects everyone only for the reason that led to their imprisonment, while it is applied against social prisoners for certain behaviors within the prison that are seen as disturbing to the ‘penitentiary order’. It is important to note that the difference between social and political prisoners is not used by us, however it is the making of this categorization that enables the structuring and functioning of the measure in question.

The dispersion is still as prevalent as it was in its beginnings. No doubt it has fulfilled some of its purpose to pacify the prisons of the Spanish State where the demands and protests are almost nonexistent, and where more than ever there is a close collaboration between prisoner and jailer. We can see how much prison is a reflection of society. The dispersion has so affected the prison life that the threat of prison transfer is permanently in the minds of each inmate. It is a constant threat that implicitly regulates and controls the behavior of the people here insofar as any behavior that disrupts the ‘order’ and manifests some intent is punishable by transfer. Thus, any breakthrough initiative is canceled by this tool of control, the transferred prisoner must begin to develop new relationships and complicities only to be warned by the jailers that they will again be subject to transfer. Today there are prisoners who, because of the provision of penitentiary institutions, do not stay for more than a year in each prison, mainly because of their history of conflict.

Although in its beginnings the dispersion was applied to the social prisoners who participated in and encouraged the protests and the rupture inside the prisons, nowadays since these initiatives are practically non-existent, the penitentiary system has needed to adjust to the current situation and has begun to apply this measure to any more or less repetitive behavior that breaks the internal norms, no matter how minimal. Sanctions that were previously mild are currently cause for possible conduct, for example if you are caught with a mobile phone or you get involved in a minor fight.

Related to the above, one aspect that has gained much relevance is everything that involves the prisoner’s conduct, transforming into a true institution within the prison system. In the Spanish State there are about 80 prisons, some of which are women only, many for men only, others for mixed quarters and also special sections for mothers. Therefore the options to carry out the transfers are varied and anecdotally in this they do not skimp on the expenses; if they are looking for a good punishment they do not mind giving you a good tour to the other end of the peninsula. The security guards in charge of transfers are the civil guards, they are responsible for transfers from prison to prison. Perhaps one who reads this will wonder what a transfer is like? They may vary by geographical location but more or less follow the same protocols. We can assure you that any prisoner who been through this experience would agree with us that it is disgusting. Usually they will take you from one prison to another at any given time and sometimes you do not know where they are taking you until you arrive, which causes much anxiety. Until arriving at your destination it is possible that you stop in several jails for a couple of hours or several days, this is what is called ‘transit’. When you are in this situation you cannot have more than what is strictly necessary (according to the whims of each prison). The means of transport for the transfer are called ‘kangaroos’, vans of the civil guard with interior compartments that have space for two prisoners in each one. These compartments are very asphyxiating, not enough space to move, not even to stand upright and where you can spend up to six or seven hours in a row. It is important to note that there are prisons destined to be transfer centers that are equipped with all the necessary infrastructure for this; large income modules for those who are in transit, special parking bays for the vans of the civil guards, among other things. The prison of Valdemoro in Madrid fulfills this function for prisoners and the prison of Soto del Real is where the majority of prisoners pass that are being transferred from the north to the south or vice versa.

All of this points to the importance of the transfer to the prison institution and shows that the dispersion is a fundamental tool with a clear and vengeful intention towards all prisoners and prisoners who are a nuisance since it attacks them where it has the most effect: Taken away from your loved ones, be they comrades, family or friends.

In this sense, an aspect of the dispersion that was applied to us was to keep us separated, we were kept in seclusion for the first eighteen months without seeing each other and there is nothing to prevent this situation from happening again. Penitentiary institutions are supposed to provide access for regrouping as soon as prisoners can ‘prove’ that there is a close and stable relationship, although this is often not the case, many prisoners will spend months or even years without seeing their close comrades or incarcerated relatives.

Being behind bars the closeness with your loved ones is essential, it is very important on an emotional level and also in some way, to break with the isolation that allows us in our case to maintain the political connection to the street. However this becomes much more difficult when it is not only bars and high walls that separate you but also hundreds of kilometers.

As anarchists we do not want more prisons, even if they are ‘better’, but we believe that we need to discuss how to deal with and fight against dispersion considering that it represents the fundamental pillar of prison control.

Anarchist call against the G 20 summit in Hamburg

On the 7th and 8th of July 2017, when the most successful war criminals of the present, the most unscrupulous sweaters of human and nature, the self-titled leaders of this planet, meet in Hamburg, they will not be confronted and thus be revaluated with some demands for better governance or social enslavement.

They will feel the rage of the street, when they are rushing with their convoys through deserted districts and talk about the nightly attacks of the last few weeks.

This call, like so many others at similar meetings, does not want to lose itself in an analysis of the importance of the G-20 summit or the policy of their participants. The injustice of the world has been declared a thousand times, anyone who now feels no urge to act, does not need another text.

We want to speak of those who are already involved in the struggle against capitalism and its exerting states with their conforming societies – so, of US.

Since Seattle in 1999, summit protests were a catalysator of radical resistance; individuals and groups came together, swapped ideas, were standing together behind the barricades and carried the flame of resistance back to their regions. Even the shots of Gothenburg and Genoa, or the numerous infiltrated snitches could not stop the development of a Europe-wide chaotic network of autonomous / anarchist / antiauthoritarian tendencies.

Then the criticism of event hopping came up, as if someone had pleaded for it to operate as a riot tourist in any city. The protests against the G – 20 in Cannes and Nice 2011 were prepared in this champagne flush of some movement managers. Everything should become different, better, more political. At that time no conclusion or analysis was spreaded afterwards – the resistance had simply failed, only the usual alibi NGOs played their program.

So now it’s Hamburg and the responsible persons in the murderous headquarters of the secret services, police authorities and military commandos are tearing their hair. They fear that We are coming. But we do not have a leadership that can be eliminated, our resistance does not depend on the cadre behavior of some individuals. Perhaps nothing will happen if you, who is reading this text right now, will not get active. Do not expect others to prepare something for you, so that you just have to jump up.

For sure there will be a big demonstration of the left idiots, who want to play their democratic ritual, as a certain Mr. Marx or Lenin applied to them 150 years ago. And maybe we will be there, too, or at the edge or behind the lines of the cops. There is still plenty of time to think about and prepare this.

However, we are calling for a campaign in the run-up – against any form of power. We want to destroy, by July 2017 (and if only symbolically …) the rule of patriarchy over women, the rule of the states over their borders and urban centres, the rule of labor over our time, the rule of money over our social behavior, the domination of the goods about our lives, the rule of the cops over the fear of repression in our minds.

In Hamburg and in every village, an infinite number of targets are suitable for destruction, so we should start now with it. So that in July 2017 the alienation between the world of the G – 20 and the rest has become so great, that we no longer need summits to come together. The militant campaign against the G8 in Heiligendamm 2007 could serve as a model, because it also gave, apart from pointless preliminary proceedings, a new generation of activists through self-determined clandestine actions and the fleeing cops from the hail of stones in Rostock, a feeling of their own strength and the possibilities of horizontal organization.

In addition we also call for a theoretical deepening of our practice, in which the presence or absence of anarchy should be tested for revolts, as recently in France, spectacles such as in Frankfurt in March 2015, rituals such as on May 1, or in the everyday neighborhood policy and in the fight against nazis.

Because everywhere where we are not present we cannot complain about the dominance of reformists. And where there are only empty phrases with an A available, it makes the superficial chattering of a “consensus of actions” heard with following distancing. Such a discourse would have to go beyond the hitherto (welcome) brief G – 20 references in the responsibility claims.

Our resistance against the G-20 summit does not want to be „victorious“ in the sense of preventing this event. It just could be the beginning of something that could also start on any other day: The self-empowerment of the individual over the existing and the (self) organization in collective structures. But just a call to that one would hardly pay attention. Therefore,

Attack G-20 summit!

Throw Hamburg into chaos!

Destroy the European fortress!

Berlin, Germany: Attack against armaments company Thales

thales

It is getting warmer, concerning the preparations for a hot July against the G20-Summit. In the night from 11th to 12th November property of the Thales Company was destroyed.

Thales is one of the eleven biggest armaments companies with an annual sales of 14 billion Euros and above this part of some technology programs, like the satellite range Galileo:

Initially conceived only for civil use, like smartphones, navigation systems, etc. the European Parliament decided in July 2008, that this technology should be available to the European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP). Thales developed the project ‘Watchkeeper’, too. On commission for the British Forces an unmaned drone (Thales Watchkeeper WK450) was produced. They got ready in 2012 and flew until 2014 some 140 times over Afghanistan and were consistently upgraded in 2016. Since this year it is possible to load the drone with a 2-kg-warhead and laser- and GPS-control. At last the technology from Thales can kill directly.

But with their drone program, they were noticed in the Jungle of Calais, where their products were flying around. (a list in german with companies involved in the eviction you can find here)

Our real reason was to take the word of antique greek philosopher Thales: Ἀνιαρὸν ἀργία. (Idleness is a pain). That’s why we had to a burn down a van of this armament company in Berlin-Weißensee.

So we were happy about the last weeks news about the burning excavator on the Cuvry Brache construction site in Berlin, too. And we want to go along with the words of the comradxs:

“In Hamburg and on the way (to the G20), we want to come into exchange and discussion exactly about these questions and conflicts on a global level. As gentrification does not stop at a border of countries, our resistance must not end in one spot. Rather it should flow in many places and conflicts. That we find a common rhythm and create a staccato of attacks.”

We are everywhere. Connect struggles. Turn the G20-Summit into disaster.

(see also: anarchist call against the G 20 summit in Hamburg)

” …so that it results in confusion in the enemy lines, because more hotspots of conflict break out and not only there where the enemy expected it and is prepared, but in other places, which were unpredictable in the strategic plans of the cops operations.”

Italy: Update on Operation “Scripta Manent”

44

(Received : 21/11/16)

The transfers of comrades, arrested in operation “Scripta Manent”, from one prison to another are continuing. Yet another transfer, the comrade Alessandro Mercogliano was transferred from prison of Alessandria to prison of Ferrara, always in AS2 [high security wing], where are already held the kidnapped comrades Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito.
So, the sleepless and paranoiac nights of miserable prosecutor Roberto Sparagna are continuing, in order to get some clues, since he does not have even a half, he enjoys torturing the comrades with “prohibition to meet each other” (I would remind that Sandro and Marco in Alessandria, as well Danilo and Daniele in Terni could never meet each other) and with continuous transfers.
Beyond any logic of “innocent” or “guilty”, I express my complete solidarity and my unconditional complicity to Sandrone and to every comrade arrested in operation “Scripta Manent”.

CCF-NEMESIS PROJECT [An open proposal]

181789-pirines

(Reveived 22/11/16)

”He who speaks of war, must have a plan…”

The most insidious authority is the one that carries the promise of inclusiveness. This is why we transitioned from monarchy to democracy but not freedom. ”Safety” is a word favored by democracy. The more we hear about “safety”, the more our lives and freedom regress.Worst of all, contemporary power and democracy have elicited the compromise and submission of society almost voluntarily. Democracy operates as a transparent factory that produces social relations. People submit to governmental ideology, mainstream standards and disciplined behaviours and consider that what we experience today (the economic tyranny, the extortion of wage slavery, the dictatorship of the spectacle, the technological surveillance) are the inevitable natural world order.

But even in a pervasive authority, bosses, officials, managers and proprietors will always exist. Nowadays, the visibility of people in power is particularly clear. Politicians, businessmen, ship owners, publishers, journalists, judges and police officers are the persons in authority. The Nemesis Project aims to attack those persons. The Nemesis Project is our turn to make fear move into the backyard of the enemy.

Instead of attacking impersonal symbols of justice, we think that it is very important to transpose our hostilities to the personal environment of the enemy, their homes, offices, hangouts and vehicles. We know that to authority ”nobody is irreplaceable” but we also know that a personal hit against one of them would instill fear in another 100. We create a legacy of fear for their kind and whoever becomes their replacement. It is our own minimum counterweight in balancing the terror controlled by the enemy. In balancing the terror caused by the murders of workers by their bosses, the accidental shootings by cops, the thousands of years in prison sentenced by judges, the lies by journalists, the laws and the orders by politicians. In all of these cases, the enemy has a name and an address.Attacking them proves that people in authority are not invincible. At the same time, instead of confining anarchist insurrection in incidents of occasional conflict with cops, we can make revolution a permanent component of our daily lives by discovering those that hide behind orders and decisions which govern our lives, by studying their moves and routes and by organizing our own offensive cells which will respond to the challenges of authority. We do not anticipate a social short-circuit that will lead in mass mobilizations, but we become the accelerators of history through our actions, by creating the dilemma ”with authority or with freedom”. We create spaces and eras where history is written by our own hand and does not just happen. Anarchist urban guerilla is a way of looking life straight in the eye, in order to form an authentic collective ”we”. It is the construction of an anarchist process of liberation with courage, consistency and determination. Our actions are not evaluated in relation only to the blow against the enemy but also to the possibility of changing our own lives.

The Nemesis Project is an international proposal to create a list with the names of people in authority so that we can attack them where they feel safe, on the sidelines… at their own houses. The bomb explosion at the house of District Attorney G. Tsatani was the first attack, the first act of the Nemesis Project. We share this plan with all the FAI-IRF cells and all the anarchists of action across the world, wanting to start a dialogue on the diffusion of the anarchist struggle. And we know that the best dialogue for the assessment of an action can be no other than a new action…

Through the Nemesis Project we salute allour comrades that are held captive in the cells of democracy across the world and are no longer by our side. It is especially dedicated to the members of the CCF Olga Economidou, George Polydoros, GerasimosTsakalos, Christos Tsakalos, our anarchist comrade AngelikiSpyropoulou and the Italian comrades of FAI Alfredo Cospito και Nicola Gai.

To all those who did not burry the axe of war…

We will return soon.

Genoa, Italy: “Update on the trial against me for the crime 414 of C.C.” (Carlo)

As expected, they sentenced me to 14 months in prison for the text I wrote immediately after the dissociation of some ambiguous figures.
I am charged with “apology of crime”, while the aggravation for terrorism and recidivism was not taken into account, as well as the aggravation for publishing the text on Internet (although the prosecutor Manotti had requested it), since the Renzi decree, which increases the crime, was introduced after my publication.
Therefore, the will to prosecute comrades who write texts continues, if the inquisitors consider them disturbing.
The result of this whole story is that two comrades are in prison for the Action carried out against Adinolfi, that I been sentenced because I have defended this Action, and those figures who have written the dissociation, they still hang out at the occupied places.

ALWAYS FORWARD!
SOLIDARITY WITH ANARCHIST PRISONERS!

Genoa [Italy]: The sentence against the anarchist comrade Carlo

The anarchist comrade from Genoa informed us that the judgement against him was given this morning [16/11]. The comrade was sentenced to 14 months (but he is in liberty) on charge of “apology of crime”, while the aggravation for terrorism and recidivism was dropped.
A text by the accused comrades will follow soon.
Bearing in mind that the comrade was accused for an public answer, on an anarchist website, to the text “Puntini sulle i”; and bearing in mind also the law designed by Renzi government [prime minister] with which they want charge with terrorism even those who write on blogs and sites, there can be just one answer: Fuck you!
At least as RadioAzione I must say that more you are trying to repress us, the higher the level of tones will be… not one step back!

With rage in the body and with blood in the eyes…
