Santiago, Chile: Incendiary attack against a Transantiago bus by Antagonistic Nuclei of the New Urban Guerrilla

As we warned…We have returned

By means of this text we claim responsibility for the total destruction of the route 230 Transantiago bus in the commune of Puente Alto today (26.12.16) by means of a homemade incendiary device.

We already made a previous attempt on August 18 on the route 110 bus in the commune of Maipú, with uncertain results. This time we have learned from our mistakes and modified some operational details to ensure that our small sabotage was completely successful.

And so we have deprived a small link in the mercantile flow that transports the oppressed to slow down the sinister machinery of social production that makes the surplus wealth generated by entrepreneurs, managers and bosses via the temporary and compulsory exploitation of the exploited to feed their wealth through wage labor and the frenetic consumption that is present at this time.

We make our position clear that our targets have never been the poor or the marginalized either in the countryside or the city. Proof of this is that we chose a route that was practically empty, but which was ready to reach its destination quickly to reincorporate itself back into the flow of exploitation, consumption and misery with which this means of public transportation collaborates. Additionally, our device was designed so that even if there were still passengers inside it would generate enough noise to warn them of our inevitable and intentional arson. Along with these measures we also designed our plan to be carried out only in the event that there was indeed nobody near the initial point of deflagration, if this situation had not been the case we simply would not have proceeded.

And so we do not hesitate to say that we hit the pockets of those who do not know the precariousness of an economically difficult life, blocking the flow that represents Capital through this small but effective sabotage and remembering that in this month not everything is about money and consumerism and that there are still many reasons to fight.

We dedicate this action to the compañerxs Juan Flores Riquelme, Nataly Casanova Muñoz and Enrique Guzmán Amadeo, imprisoned for various placements of explosive devices and risking very high sentences. To sabotage the flow of goods from the southern zone is to a certain extent a nod of solidarity with the compañerxs, who lived in the vicinity of the commune in which we operate.

With this action we again want to send greetings to the indomitable comrades Freddy Fuentevilla Saa, Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda and Juan Aliste Vega who are all imprisoned in the High Security Prison for the Security Case. We also send a fraternal embrace to Muñoz Delgado, Kevin Garrido and Joaquín Garcia, captives of the social war for feeding the revolutionary offensive in Chile.

We also send greetings to Natalia Collado (Tato) who is imprisoned for carrying out a sabotage similar to ours almost 2 years ago. Compañera, your convictions feed our dreams of insurrection!

We also want to take advantage of this small platform to remember that in a not so distant past there were compañerxs who went much further and did not limit themselves to sabotaging the mercantile flow but recovered it, expropriating some of the money used by bosses and heads of State / Capital to rob us of our lives. So in an exercise of combative memory we bring to the present Sergio Valdés, Ignacio Escobar Diaz and Enrique Torres, lautarinxs compañerxs who died while providing covering fire for the retreat of their squadron after an assault on a Santander bank on December 18, 1991 in the city of Coquimbo.

But it is not only the compañeros of politico-military apparatuses that generated these kinds of practices, so in affinity with our ideas we do not forget the anarchist Claudio Lavazza who is serving a harsh sentence after assaulting one of these centers of wealth accumulation, paradoxically, also on December 18 but in the year 1996.

Also, we cannot miss this opportunity to remember a brother of ours who was an active member of this group and who fell dead on the morning of the 11th of this month, 3 years ago under fire during an attempt to expropriate a bank in the commune of Pudahuel. Surely Sebastian Oversluij would have accompanied us in this new day of conspiracy had he not been murdered by a hit man of Capital. Some of these insurrectional flames were in your honor, making this small gesture a greeting of freedom to your memory.

With Persistence, Memory, Solidarity and Subversion we continue the war against Power!
Both yesterday and today, there are still reasons to fight!
To spread anti-boss hatred!
As long as there is memory there will be Rebellion!
¡Sebastián Oversluij Presente!

Mexico City, Mexico: Explosive attack against a Federal Electricity Commission branch by Earth Liberation Front

Destruction disguised as prosperity

Prosperity?…Passive beings wandering in the streets…Longing for the peace and ‘security’ that is offered for being surrounded by modern technologies and gadgets that facilitate your life…

But there is a high price to be paid for this prosperity and turning a blind eye is no longer an option!!

Geothermal Energy Production Station of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in Primavera Forest (in the state of Jalisco):

In June 1987, the Official Journal of the Federal Government published a decree which declared an area of 120000 square kilometers (12000 hectares, representing 40% of the protected natural area) inside the volcanic caldera of Primavera as an area for exploration and subsequent exploitation of deposits.

As early as 1970 work had begun exploring deposits in the Serritos Colorados region while between January 1990 and March 1989 a total of about 13 platforms and mud dams were built and about 13.5km of access roads were opened and 12 geothermal wells were built, and between 1989 and 1990 the work of the Federal Electricity Commission was halted because of the environmental damage they had caused.

On July 2015, having completed the process of ‘Round Zero’ for the partial privatization of control of the geothermal source, the Secretary of Energy granted the Federal Electricity Commission a concession for the exploitation of Serritos Colarados (one of the four core-areas of the forest which has existed for more than 140000 years), and 13 inspection permits, one of them for ‘Las Planigias’, another core area of Primavera Forest.

The violent defense of the Earth is an ancestral practice that we will never forget!

At exactly midnight on December 24th we placed an explosive charge inside an ATM at the Federal Electricity Commission branch on the corner of Sempoala street and Eouchenia avenue in Benito Juraez, Mexico City to make it clear to them that as long as they continue to authorize and support the destruction of the Earth we will continue to burn and destroy their institutions. We will not participate in the theater of the organizations that work within the the law such as Greenpeace or the committees demanding the cessation of planned (and already operational) mega-projects, not only in Mexico but worldwide. For we know that they only seek to reap economic benefits for their party while they deceive the world with the fantasy of a technological paradise of comfort and prosperity.

We are not seeking a reorganization of services or a fulfillment of our demands.

We seek the total destruction of this industrial-technological civilization.

Against the geothermal station in Primavera Forest!

Italy: Update on Operation “Scripta Manent” (23/12/2016)

(Received 27/12/16)

The anarchist comrade Alessandro Mercogliano informed us by letter that upon his arrival in Ferrara prison, November 19th, he refused to gave his fingerprints and to took pictures of him. A few days later the prison authorities reported him with a penalty of 15 days to be served in solitary confinement.

Leipzig, Germany: 3 public order police vehicles torched in memory of Alexis Grigoropoulos

37 27 17

In the late evening hours of 06.12. we torched three vehicles in Leipzig. There are many reasons for this, for us the occasion was the anniversary of the assassination of Alexis Grigoropoulos in December 2008 by Greek cops in Athens. Nothing has been forgiven – no one is forgotten.

We were pleased to learn that on the same night in Berlin, some people had apparently set fire to the door of a public order police office.

Super also that a few weeks ago a cop car was torched in front of the station in Connewitz – who needed it already.

We look forward to a delightful mobilization against the G20.

Down with all states – death to Germany!

[Text for a gathering in memory of Sebastian Oversluij that took place in an anarchist squat in Chile]

One can never be really lost unless oblivion wrapps one in her arms.

It ‘s been three years now that comrade Sebastian Oversluij does not walk anymore through the paths of searching for the wild beauty of anarchist action. It’s been three years now that some of our brothers and sisters there in Chile feel his absence stretching their hearts. It is three years since the bullets of a sneak-security guard of the “Banco Estado” took his life, extinguishing the flame of the anarchist spirit that used to burn inside him.

But we, in our turn, as well as many others, we are not willing to let our comrade  disappear in the fog of oblivion. We honor our brother just like we honor his choice of passing into action, attacking a bank-a temple of money, emptying the enemy’s wallet, expropriating the minimum that we should get comparing to what authority expropriates from our own lives. The bank robbery carried out by an anarchist always carries inside the seed of refusal. The refusal to submit to a world where you ‘re restricted to sell your soul to the cruel laws of free market, so that you can live to work and work to consume and consume to fill in your existencial gaps with a pile of useless objects.

We know that we are very far away and that our words have to cross an entire ocean to reach you. But we hope you’ll be able to feel the affinity we all feel with all those who discover the ways to keep our brothers close to us at the events, in discussions, in our imagination, but above all at the continuing of spreading the constant anarchist revolt itself.

[Text for a gathering in memory of Sebastian Oversluij that took place in an anarchist squat in Chile]

The real death is the forgetfulness.

On the 11th of December 2013 a robbery took place on a bank at the district of Pudahuel.when the anarchist Sebastian Oversluij walked in the bank announcing the robbery, he received the bullets from the armed guard-keeper of the bank-defender of the wealthy and authoritarian. Sebastian fell down dead after he emptied his machine gun…

But every day there are deaths without deads. Deaths that they are repeated every day…because of the mornings alarm clock so you won’t be late at work, because of the sad routes between the lonely crowd that goes to offices, factories, stores, because of the boss’s yells who wants more from you and faster, because of the mechanical movements during the work that kills the creativity, because of the feigned politeness, because of the abaser salary as a recompense for the life that they have stolen from you.
A life that is measured based on money.

When we rob a bank, we don’t steal the money, we take back the life that they have steal from us.

But a robbery can be an addict job also. A job like every one’s else, with the only difference that the “salary” isn’t sure and in case of industrial accident jail or death waits you. Often the robbers are not different from the salaried workers, they only work less in condition of high risk. But they share the same cast of mind. The one of a consumer who deify the money, who admires the power of riches and his car, his clothes, his watch are the prolongation of himself.

Sebastian Oversluij was not a robber. He was an anarchist. He refuse to be a slave on the boss’s blocks. He was a disclaimer of work because he refuse the morality of working, the morality of a slave who thinks like a consumer. A robbery by itself isn’t a revolutionary action. But it is a mean of the anarchist fight so we take back from the bosses the stolen time and organise it aggressively against them, planing anarchists actions, helping comrades in captivity, strengthening publishing ventures and creating armed infrastructure of attack against the dominion.

We belong at the generation that Sebastian belong. A generation that gap no age no nationality. At the generation of the inpatients the incompromisers and the dreamers.

We don’t need for heroes, we want comrades who set fires with their ideas.

When we keep alive in our memory Sebastian and all the comrades who fell on the battlefield, we keep the struggle alive. A fight against the dominion and we know that the jail or death are often the cost. But as one’s said “five free birds started the journey to the south.only one arrived, but what their journey for certain wanted to say, it was that it worthed for trying to fly…”

Greece: Christmas tree set on fire by anarchists in Crete on the anniversary of the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos

Because of the day of the black anniversary of the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos from the cop Korkoneas, some comrades chose to give a different meaning to this night by placing our own pebble in the frames of conflict. As a minimal token of protest against everything we experience and the consumerist craze of Christmas, with the help of flammable material and our will to leave the discussions and nonsense of the cafes, we proceeded to act. Just before the beginning of the demonstration we set fire to the Christmas tree in the central market square of Chania and which represents the consumerist frenzy that takes over the brains of the living-dead of this country and not only. As soon as it started burning, a group of store owners whose stores were not endangered, rushed to put out the fire with buckets and hoses, their petite-bourgeois not able to understand the nature of this act, resulting in only one part of the tree being burnt.

Every Christmas the slave-like citizens count, in their empty pockets, the crumbs thrown to them by the bourgeois so they can live, and like a large herd of sheep they storm the multinationals shopping for soul-less materials, not out of need but out of habit. We as anarchists state that we will not be present at the city’s Christmas fiestas not only because
we find these Christmas “offerings” one more profit game of the above but because human dignity is above all other means of transaction. The city’s mayor Tasos Vamvoukas and his posse with one more year in the seat, thinks that the city should be festively dressed, irrelevantly of the people sleeping on the benched in rough conditions and even die from the cold and illnesses.

We are against any kind of state or non-state mechanism that aims at
dominating our lives.

Santiago, Chile: Barricades of fire – Sebastián Oversluij Seguel presente!

c1 c2 c4 c5 c6

We re-appropriate time, meaning that we recover it, we steal it. Only via this way are we able to be in communion with other individuals to raise an operational coordination with the aim of questioning and striking the established order. Convinced of this we appeared with barricades on several streets and avenues of Santiago taking action against the existing order that the powerful intend to dominate us with.

This propaganda action that we carried out in the streets of the city was loaded with vengeful memory since 6 years of absolute impunity have already taken place since the state of Chile massacred 81 prisoners. Indeed it was at dawn on December 8, 2010 in the north and south wings of the 4th floor, Tower 5 of San Miguel prison where the state machinery revealed its true face, this time without concealing or hiding the torture and the death that tragically embodied the incinerated bodies of 81 people.

As anti-authoritarians/anarchists we do not make double readings of these facts for anything accidental, our position is clear and from the streets we made an explicit call for open conflict against all those who are part of the prison structure regardless of the degree of responsibility that they have.

The best act of memory is to have their deaths always present and to plan our revenge against the state, its apparatuses and it official accomplices – in the case the sinister institution of the Gendarmerie.

Strengthening the illegalist memory we remember the compañero Sebastian Oversluij who fell in combat during an expropriation of a state bank in Pudahuel. 3 years after his death we reaffirm and claim his action as one of the many practices that revolutionaries, anti-authoritarians and anarchists have used throughout history to confront dominion.

Angry in our memory, always present.

To unleash the conflict against all forms of exploitation and authority!
To multiply the informal networks of attack!

Spain: Supreme Court reduces the sentences of anarchist comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar

On December 16, the Supreme Court reduced the sentences of comrades Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar, accused of placing a bomb in the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar in Zaragoza in October 2013, repealing the initial sentence of 12 years that was dictated by the National Court to 4 years and 6 months.

This decision was made after partially received an appeal by the defense for the comrade Francisco Solar, who asked that they should not be convicted for the crimes of terrorist damage and separate injuries as if they were the result of two different actions as it was originally in the National Court. In addition the defense noted that the comrades took care when they placed a small homemade device to attack the religious symbol of established power and that they did not intend to cause any injury to any person. To reinforce this defense it noted that at the time of the attack the Basilica was closed to the public and that in addition the device did not contain shrapnel and that they gave a warning before the device was detonated.

In addition to the reduced sentence the court also lowered the costs from 182.601 to 143.317 for the damages caused in the Basilica as there was no evidence that any damage had been caused to any items of historical or cultural value.

The National Court had also considered that both anarchists acted ‘autonomously’ since they did not participate in either the FAI-FRI informal organization or the Coordinated Anarchist Groups (GAC) platform.

Faced with this news we cannot contain our great joy for this new situation of our comrades, for they could still face new scenarios such as being expelled for being ‘foreigners’ and having a sentence under 6 years but for now we prefer to wait for the next move by our enemies and until we seem them on the streets again.
